Our Reading
The escape is carefully planned.
Air Canada’s new business-class seats promise a break from the usual cramped quarters. But with 14 seats in a 1-1 herringbone configuration on the A321XLR, and 42 seats in a 1-2-1 layout on the 787-10, the airline is banking on the idea that a little extra space is all you need to feel like you’re getting away. The “Signature Class Plus” suites on the 787-10 even come with a center divider that can be lowered to create more open space – because who doesn’t want to feel like they’re in a private luxury suite at 30,000 feet?
