And let’s not forget the poorly lit bathrooms, awkwardly placed sinks, and open-concept closets that make us wonder if hotel designers have ever actually stayed in a hotel room.
The hotel room becomes a splash zone, and the bathroom is not a nightclub. Sometimes, it’s the little things that make a big difference in our hotel stay.
Who needs a desk when you can have a random table with no plugs? And don’t even get me started on the minibar refrigerators that are shoved into cabinetry.
It’s time to rethink some of these design choices and focus on creating functional and comfortable spaces for guests.
