Summary
The Wells Fargo Rewards program has added Wyndham Rewards as a new transfer partner, allowing users to transfer points at a 1:2 ratio. This means that for every 1 Wells Fargo point transferred, users will receive 2 Wyndham points. Wyndham Rewards is a hotel loyalty program that uses a three-tier award chart, with award nights costing 7,500, 15,000, or 30,000 points.
Our Reading
The escape is carefully planned.
Wells Fargo Rewards points can be transferred to Wyndham Rewards at a 1:2 ratio, making it a valuable addition to the program. Wyndham Rewards has a three-tier award chart, with select credit card holders enjoying 10% off nights fully booked with points. The addition of Wyndham Rewards as a transfer partner is big news, especially since several major transferable points currencies transfer to Wyndham Rewards at a 1:1 ratio or worse.
Wyndham Rewards is a useful program to have access to when rates are sky-high in other programs.
It’s a good thing Wyndham Rewards is not my primary hotel loyalty program, but it’s certainly a useful program to have access to.
