Injuries happen, and sometimes it’s just stats. The 49ers’ injury rate isn’t crazy bad, just bad enough to spark a conspiracy theory. The substation is a convenient scapegoat, but the evidence just isn’t there. And, of course, the internet will internet, and the theory will live on.
The truth is, sometimes stuff just happens, and we look for explanations that aren’t there.
