River is building a new factory, because that’s what companies do when they want to make more things. They’re also going to launch new models, which is what companies do when they want to sell more things. And, of course, they’re targeting profitability, because who doesn’t want to make money? River is basically promising to do all the things that companies typically do when they’re trying to grow. The new factory will probably just make the same products, but more of them. River is scaling up production, which is just a fancy way of saying they’re making more stuff. This is not exactly a revolutionary plan.
