In contrast, employees are using AI an average of 1.8 hours per week. The survey also revealed a gap between executives’ and employees’ expectations around AI’s impact on employment and productivity. Executives predict AI will reduce employment by 0.7% and increase productivity by 2.3%, while employees expect AI to increase employment by 0.5% and boost productivity by 0.9%.
